ABOUT VICTORIA SARTORIUS

For as long as I can remember, I wanted to be a photographer but then life got in the way.  I did not pursue a career in the arts, but one in accounting and international tax.  I had a good career, a marriage with children, survived graduate school and a nasty divorce, then remarried thereby adding someone else's children to the mix.  Had a couple jobs, even got fired and rehired. Dealt with a lawsuit, an illness, and a death in the family.  Juggled every distraction imaginable. Life is messy, and sometimes difficult, but I am still here.  I am still standing, and still with my camera close at hand.

This is what I always wanted to do.  Not to be an accountant, an MBA/CPA, or a "tax guy." I never stopped dragging my camera everywhere I went, and never gave up on that passion.  The joy of seeing the world through a lens, and being able to share what I see with others.  Now I get to do what I wanted all along... finally!
